Databases

Your textbook has 35 databases (number DB1-DB35) that are used as examples in the textbook and as the basis for some of the textbook problems.

Descriptions of the first 15 Databases is in the beginning of your book, from page xxv-xliv (I hate Roman numerals!).

You can download each of the databases in EXCEL format from http://booksite.elsevier.com/9780123848642/ Links to an external site.

Mac users will want to save them as .csv files so that they can import them into R Commander.  PC users can leave them as EXCEL files.

I have also converted into .RData files, which can be directly imported into R Commander.  Save the .RData file on your computer, then in R Commander go to Data, then Load Data Set.
